I am so glad you could join me and Chahles here at The Last Chance Cafe. Thank you oh so much for bringing along your beautiful musings. Reading your posts is such a delightful treasure. You have such a mystical way of expressing yourself, like a fragile fairy waving her delicate wand across the page.

Watching those sweet and frolicking little critters brings great joy to my heart too. I'm so grateful for their daily visits into my yard. The way they scurry up a tree and leap from bough to bough with such grace and wild abandon, without any fear moves me the most. They are free in ways that most humans are not.

Thank you Chahles for your very kind and sweet sentiments. The pleasure of sharing intomesee with you and the other enlightened patrons who will soon grace the tables of this cafe is also mine.

I can empathize with your struggle to balance your Airy Sun with your Watery Moon. I've been gifted with a similar challenge. It hasn't been easy to keep my thoughts and words Libran light, breezy and peaceful when there's a Plutonian river of deep and often tumultuous emotions flowing beneath them. But we certainly do our best to stay balanced, don't we?

More of a challenge on Your part I presume. To configure a Scorpion Moon into a Libran vessel is similar to carrying Plutonium in a fluted crystal Champagne glass....OR a potential thunderstorm hidden behind a stained-glass Window.

Wow! You described the Libra Sun/Scorpio Moon configuration perfectly and beautifully. Storms raging behind delicate decorated glass. Glass that could shatter at any moment. Yup, that's definitely me. I have the Moon in the 1st house so there's a pretty clear view of those storms for anyone who's brave enough to watch.

I have often asked myself those very same questions. We do seem to draw to us the people who have what we need as we grow and evolve through life. It's the soul that recognizes and knows another and it's on that level that we are compelled to choose another to join us on our journey. That's what my Scorpio side knows and yet my Libra side does also believe that this recognition is also done through attraction on the physical level as well. Perhaps the latter is the doorway that leads to the former?

"Intomesee vs In Time I see." It figures it would eventually come down to Pluto vs Saturn. I wonder who truly wins that one? Maybe they both do.

I am looking forward to your thoughts on Pluto vs Saturn, so you bet I'll hold your table. I am inclined to think that Pluto and Saturn work with each other rather than against each other. Without Saturn (Time) there would be no way to measure the duration of each of Pluto's cycles. And without Pluto, Saturn would remain stagnant and endless and there would be no chance for growth. What do you think?

It's a good thing you've got your storm shades on. You're probably going to need them while I'm at this table. Yes, I most definitely agree that we learn the most about ourselves with the help of other people. They hold the mirrors that enable us to see ourselves as we really are and they provide the sunshine and the rain our Seed of Life needs to grow into a strong and mighty Oak - or whatever kind of tree we aspire to be.

One question about that Law of Attraction that still burns within me is - do likes attract, or is it opposites? Do Air & Water need other Air & Water to achieve wholeness, or do they yearn for Earth & Fire to feel complete? I've had the pleasure of experiencing both and still I'm not really sure of the answer. How goes the battle today?

Decided to stop in for a tall and frothy one, to Hades with the diet until tomorrow!

I see the "special of the day" includes a discussion on Saturn and Pluto, WOOHOO!
Two of my best buddies.

And I've got a few thoughts to put on the table:

If the "devil" is only "lived" spelled backwards, then - as we've all done some time here on earth, we've therefore all been face to face with the devil, who doesn't exist as an entity, or even a valid concept; who/what, in fact, is really nothing other than the passing of our TIME here on planet earth.

(This can be frightening in conscious light, but limitlessly reassuring in the darkest of nights.)

Enter Saturn, who consciously reminds us that within the eternal silence and depth and NoThing-ness that is Pluto, time alone gives us the chance to live.

Personally, I think Father Time and The Eternal Grandfather of the Clock are pals, only drawing us into battle when they need us to realize that without life, and without death, aka without the passing of time, we wouldn't have the passing of LIFE.

(Woah, am I making sense? That first pint went to my head, me thinks! )

The Word Play in the most obvious of clues indeed tells Us TIME emits Us into the Uni-Verse for the chance to experience all IT'S facets and witness the Free Will of Hu-Man Beings...to choose between Conscious Evolution and subconscious involution.

This Passage of Time you speak of, is the Key to Understanding the essence of Life ITself, I believe.
There is NO TIME in Space, therefore making existence hear on Earth a most poignant one....purrhaps when we ALL raise our awareness the level of Conscious Evolution, we may glimpse the True Nature of Living. This may mean, having to wait and help those who need IT, and thus by doing so....helping the Whole of Humanity get that much closer to Understanding our PurePose.

I think some re-legions call that Judgement Day.

IT may just BE Saturn's Master Plan and I'm in!


My Dear Venus ....as far as The Law of Attraction....

The Secret is out! We now have to knowledge that our Minds can attract whatever IT is we want and/or need. With purposeful intent, we can conjure into our Life, anything at All. Simply by asking for IT and believing IT will come to Us.

But what of the subconscious/subliminal attractions we face on a daily basis? The nuances of likes and dislikes. The desires and drives of the Human Heart?? The neverending search for One who can relate and reciprocate both emotional and physical Love that One needs to sustain Peace on Mind and Heart?
Do opposites attract? I believe physically, for the most part, yes.
I believe that we are attracted to those we are unfamiliar with, wanting to unravel the physical mystery of an Other. To experience some new and exotic Being, different than our own, foreign to us only by appearance, we are driven by lust and passion to dis-cover the hidden secrets of each other through the Gifts of mortality....the 5 senses and their carnal gifts. We come forth and multiply.

HowEver, on a Spiritual Plane...HuMan Beings are more subtle about their attractions. We invoke similar Minds into our Realm. We anxiously await and attract those who are compassionate and standingUnder our needs to Understand. To relate. To Share. To Laugh. To Love. To Live our Lives in Peace. Together.

We find safe harbor in those who, without Words, take our hearts into their hands and clasp our need to Be needed without judgement or explanation.

Again the Old Adage,....In Giving, We receive.

Am I in time for Happy Hour? It's so wonderful to see how quickly our little table by the window is filling up. My Libran heart is so very pleased. I love all the mind spirals we are weaving in here. Wow Anessene! What a great and very observation on the word devil being lived backwards. We all do live in this plane within the constraints of Time. It's no wonder that the Devil card in the Tarot and the planet Saturn are both ruled by the same sign - Capricorn. And without Pluto's help, we just might keep living backwards instead of pressing onward and upward through the evolutionary cycle.

As we speak, Saturn is moving away from a trine with Pluto in stable and practical Earth signs, which makes this a favorable time for the evolution of humanity, me thinks. Saturn's dance with Pluto won't flow this beautifully again until the Winter Solstice 2012, the end of the Mayan calendar. Things that make you go hmmmm.

I am full of wonder of what the next cycle will have in store for humankind. Hopefully it will be about humanity 'vibrating higher' just as you said PD, and 'understanding our purpose' and 'getting to finally experience the true nature of living' as you mentioned, Chahles. I for one sure am glad that the next cycle of our existence is kicking off with Saturn and Pluto on positive terms. Maybe that's a good sign that we finally will get there. Amen Awomen

Chahles, thank you so much for sharing your wisdom on the Law of Attraction. Who would have guessed that a child of Venus such as myself could be so stumped by this? But what you said makes perfect sense: Physically it's opposites that attract and spiritually it's the similars who can best relate with and understand us.

You helped me to remember something else too - that through our association with our opposites, we get the chance to experience different facets of being, which must help lots to speed up that process of evolution we've been talking about. Thank you for the glorious reminder Chahles.
